Borris is a really neat person but Bella is the dirtiest monster in Boo-ville. Their neighbors so they don't really get along.Then they learned that their perfect for each other.
I remember that me and my neighbor didn't really get along but then we became friends.
my favorite character is Bella because she's a girl and she always yells at Borris.
I would recommend this book to someone who has a neighbor that is really annoying.
